What do I do if I have a puncture?

If you have a puncture, pull over when it’s safe to do so and replace the punctured tyre with your spare tyre. Once you’ve done that bring the tyre into Sibley Automotive where we can fix it for you professionally and safely.

First, we have to check the tyre to ensure that it isn’t too damaged to be repaired. All the puncture repairs that we do at our workshop in Ashford are done following strict government guidelines which means that damage to the side of a tyre cannot usually be repaired, whereas most damage to the tread area of the tyre can be repaired.
